The Building Today Second Floor

The state of the art building at 739 East New York Avenue was designed to include the most up-to-date classrooms and equipment in a warm, pleasant setting. The first phase of the building process, completed before the beginning of this school year, includes nine classrooms, recreation rooms (for art, exercise, choir and drama), lunchroom, and offices on the second floor of the building. Plans for a computer lab, Hebrew and English libraries, and additional classrooms on this floor are currently underway.

Future Expansion Ground Floor

The second phase of construction consists of the first floor and basement, which will include additional classrooms, the permanent home of the pre-school, library, conference rooms for teacher/parent and teacher/student consultations and resource rooms.

Lower Level

The third phase of construction will include a fully equipped gym, a dining room, dairy and meat kitchens, and all recreation rooms. As these floors are completed, certain classrooms currently on the second floor will move there, and available classrooms on the second floor will be utilized for expansion. The final phase of construction will take place on the third floor which will be used for a playground and to accommodate expansion as the need arises.
